Health care is faced with major reforms with regard to economy, demography and treatment technology, for which the special knowledge of Rapp Arcoplan is required.

As a consultative hospital planner, we offer services over the wide spectrum of health care services, such as the clarifications of needs, strategies with regard to locations and mergers, operational concepts and organisational studies, process optimisations, etc. We organise the functions and determine area and space programmes on the basis of performance data. We are familiar with operational and organisational planning, carry out weak-point analyses and hospital diagnostics, and draw up feasibility studies and test plans.

We hold good references as the responsible architects in the building of acute care hospitals and retirement and nursing homes, ranging from small interventions to major projects. We provide services as the general planner with overall responsibility, as a specialist or as the representative of the client. The realisation of the building can take place conventionally with our own site supervision, or working together with a total or general contractor.
