Architecture: Our services are comprehensive. They begin with a careful evaluation of the needs, and extend beyond the search for a convincing design to the professional realisation with the necessary attention to all details. Our project managers are not simply construction mangers, but architects who take equal account of functionality, aesthetics, economy and ecology in their work.

Consulting: Good consultation in the run-up to any construction project is the precondition for ensuring that the construction can fulfil its purpose. We review locations, evaluate operational procedures and the internal organisation together with the clients, develop layouts, etc. In very many cases, it is a matter of making a few small interventions within the existing construction in order to take account of changed needs, and to thereby renovate existing structures.

General planning: The Participants in the planning and construction process are numerous, and the dependencies are complex. Clients are increasingly looking for a single contact person for the planning, and they can find this with us. We integrate expert specialists with proven collaborative skills into our teams, many of whom from within the ranks of the Rapp Group. We are prepared to provide guarantees for schedule and cost risks.
