Organisation and Structure of the Rapp Group

The Rapp Group consolidates 5 specialised companies under its holding structure:

• Rapp Infra AG: Infrastructure-oriented engineering, measurement and geoinformatics
• Rapp Arcoplan AG: Architecture, consulting and general planning
• Rapp OTB AG: General planning industry, organization and process planning, logistics
  
• Rapp Trans AG: Consulting in the transport sector
• Rapp Wärmetechnik AG: Consumption-based heating cost accounting and invoicing
  

These companies are supported by Rapp Management AG which provides the central services such as IT, finance etc. The founding family owns a majority stake in the holding company which owns majority stakes in the operating companies. Staff in management functions is involved as partners in the operating companies.
