Rapp Quality

The Rapp Group has a group-wide ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System (QMS). All companies are ISO 9001 certified and operate according to unified and consistent standards that simultaneously meet the needs of the audit required under the Internal Control System (ICS).

Rapp Group’s QMS is process-oriented. It was fundamentally revised in 2009 and transferred to an IT-based system based on specifically purpose-oriented software. All employees are trained to deal with the processes relevant to them and apply the system in their daily work. Rapp does not actually own an environmental ISO 14001 certificate but does pursue a group-wide resource monitoring.

The certification is merely a label and not an end in itself. Our focus is the wish to serve our customers to their full satisfaction, as an employer to comply with the requirement of our employees and to assume our responsibility towards society and the environment. The fact that we are on course bears witness to our more than 100 years of existence.
